High-quality furnishings with stylish exposed concrete elements and great attention to detail. The two bedrooms are located directly next to the spacious daylight bathroom.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso capsule machine...) and cozy evenings on the large sofa (extra bed) will perfectly round off your vacation. The house is located in the Kapfing district, in a sunny and quiet location, making it the ideal starting point for numerous beautiful hikes and excursions at any time of the year.
The adventure pool with the "Therme Fügen," ideal for sauna lovers, is nearby (5 minutes on foot), as is a riding stable (3 minutes on foot), as well as several restaurants offering culinary delights for every taste.
Shopping facilities in the vicinity are diverse, with supermarkets and discount stores that are also open on Sundays (high season). Two bakeries can also be reached with a short walk.
For hiking enthusiasts, there are small excursion options, e.g., a family hike to the Schleier waterfall in Hart, as well as more demanding tours, e.g., from Hochfügen to..., or to the Kellerjoch, and much more.

sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, allerdings im Souterrain - daher etwas dunkel. Der kleine Garten entschädigt aber, wenn die Sonne scheint. Da der Garten rundum von Häusern umgeben ist, kein Blick auf die Berge. Wohnung steht in einem Familien-Wohngebiet, da kann es schon mal laut sein. Nachbarn im...

Wunderschöne, moderne Wohnung. Alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine super Woche und kommen gerne wieder.
