In an idyllic, quiet location yet close to the center, you can reach the center of Kaltenbach in just a 4-minute drive, where you will find various shops, restaurants, cafés, and stores.
The renowned Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area is only a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The accommodation features two bright, lovingly furnished holiday apartments.
The Valentina apartment, at 67m², is suitable for 2-4 people and has a double bedroom with a beautiful wooden balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Hamberg.
The Hannes holiday apartment, at 78m², offers ample space for 4-6 people and is equipped with two double bedrooms.
In the adjacent garden, you can relax at the end of your holiday day with a glass of wine and a panoramic view of the mountains.
Both accommodations feature a cozy living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining area.
During your stay, we provide free Wi-Fi and a parking space.
Additionally, upon request, we offer fresh bread rolls daily and provide a ski room for your winter sports equipment. Experience fantastic skiing days in the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area, which you can reach in just a 5-minute drive or by the free ski bus, whose stop is only 200 meters from the holiday house.

Wir möchten im Skiurlaub gerne das Auto stehen lassen . Leider fuhr der Skibus ab Ostermontag nicht mehr . Dieses war nicht auf den ersten Blick erkennbar !
