Our apartment house Samerhof, located at the valley floor in Kaltenbach, was completely renovated in the summer of 2007, including accessibility for wheelchair users.
We invite our guests to spend their feel-good holiday in our modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments in the Zillertal valley. The apartment house Samerhof welcomes you with an excellent location, only approx. 600 m from the valley station of the Hochzillertal - Hochfügen ski area and a 10-minute walk from the center of Kaltenbach.
A traditional butcher shop, where you can buy fresh meat for your meals in the holiday apartment, is located right next to our apartment house Samerhof. Our holiday apartments at Samerhof offer plenty of space for up to 8 people, including wheelchair users, for a relaxing holiday.
Each holiday apartment is furnished with modern furniture and in bright colors, offering you a cozy holiday home in the Zillertal mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and much more invites you to cook together and spend time with each other.
Each holiday apartment has a bathroom with a separate toilet, satellite TV in every room, and a welcoming terrace or a sunny balcony where you can end an eventful day with the whole family. Holiday apartment Top 1 is on the ground floor, barrier-free, and also suitable for our wheelchair guests.
The doors are also sufficiently wide and do not pose an obstacle for wheelchairs. You can safely and dryly store your sports equipment in our heated ski room with boot dryers, and you are welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment house Samerhof upon request.
Free Wi-Fi, ample parking, a crib, and a high chair with a table attachment are available for guests at Samerhof. After an active day of vacation, relax in the Finnish sauna or our infrared cabin and recharge your batteries.
In winter, the rural and natural flair of the Zillertal, combined with typical Tyrolean hospitality, will enchant you. The top ski resorts of Hochfügen - Hochzillertal and Zillertal Arena guarantee excellently prepared slopes and snow reliability from November to the end of April. In summer, discover the unique landscape of the Zillertal with a leisurely hike or a mountain bike tour.
The newly built 18-hole golf course Zillertal Uderns is only a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. We are very much looking forward to your visit to our Samerhof in Kaltenbach in the beautiful Zillertal! Your Gwiggner Family Included: electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi, and free parking in front of the house. Not included: local tax € 2.60 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over, and a one-time final cleaning fee of € 130.00. To save you unnecessary costs or hassle, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
In case of non-arrival, late arrival, or early departure for justified reasons, comprehensive insurance coverage is provided. The apartment can be occupied from 3 PM or, if necessary and after consultation, even earlier.

Wir hatten entspannte und rundum unkomplizierte Tage im Appartment Top 4. Es war alles vorhanden und man fühlte sich wohl. Es hat alles gepasst und die Gastfamilie war immer da bei Fragen. Die Lage top zu allen Ski-Arenen ringsrum, Nahversorgung sowie Gastronomie ausreichend vorhanden, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Viele Grüße an die Familie Gwiggner!
