The surroundings of Piccola Perla in Santa Caterina, on the sea of Nardò Piccola Perla is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, located in the residential area of Santa Caterina.
Nardò`s marina is characterized by striking cliffs that are largely accessible, such as those overlooked by the Torre dell`Alto, symbol of the Portoselvaggio Natural Park, which can be reached on foot. Santa Caterina also has two small sandy beaches, one of which has an equipped lido, numerous bars, a minimarket, newsstand, tobacconist`s, pizzerias and restaurants.
The town of Nardò with its beautiful historic center can be reached by car in 5 minutes. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am).
An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning).
If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner in the hallway. - Shared entrance with another flat.
