Brand new, dreamlike, brand new holiday home with private heated pool for the exclusive use of our guests in the sunny southwest of the island. The location is unique and the centre of Alcalá with its small sandy beach is only 5 minutes away by car. The large covered and furnished terrace with sea views and the artificial grass solarium for sunbathing can be enjoyed all year round thanks to the mild and safe climate of the southwest.

The heating of the pool has a surcharge of 15 €/day.

The new building has been designed for absolute comfort. Bright and modernly furnished, it has a spacious living and dining area with integrated and fully equipped kitchen to the terrace, a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and integrated shower room en suite, another bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional shower room. Of course, high speed WiFi and Smart TV are also available free of charge.

There are 2 holiday homes on the huge estate with their own private pools, which are completely separate. Only the driveway and, if desired, only the parking space are shared, as the holiday home also has a private parking space on the separate plot.

An absolute marvel for couples or families looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in the south of the island, far away from any tourist stronghold.

The small fishing village of Alcala offers not only all kinds of shops and a variety of bars and restaurants, but also many opportunities for swimming at the small sandy beaches and natural pools. A promenade with a wide range of sports and games is ideal for children to let off steam.

It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as is the access of persons not belonging to the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.

Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not allowed.
