La facilità del checkin e la posizione centrale rispetto ai luoghi da visitare
Il wifi non funzionava e nemmeno la TV, abbiamo contattato il servizio clienti e l'unica spiegazione utile é stata " delle volte dopo i temporali non funziona" .
La cosa peggiore peró é stata il non poter accendere il riscaldamento, purtroppo sebbene fosse agosto abbiamo trovato temperature non otti...

appartamento al piano terra, parzialmente seminterrato come spesso capita in queste soluzioni.
questo comporta molta umidità in casa, che si percepisce entrando.
cucina e bagno ristrutturati, appartamento pulito e funzionale.
abbiamo avuto un problema con il rubinetto del bagno, ci è voluto un po' troppo tempo per la riparazione.

Plus: good location, quiet area.
Minus: black mould on walls and ceilings. Bad ventilation or apartment not used for months hence underheated that led to cold and wet walls. I have photos from almost all rooms where mould was visible. All windows were wet and window frames were black from being wet....
