The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offer gor rent, this 100 m² air-conditioned flat in Brétigny-sur-Orge which can accommodate up to 11 people. Comprising three levels, it has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows :
First floor :
- Bedroom 1: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
Second level :
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
On the third level :
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The property is ideally located in the center of Brétigny, with all shops and banks within a 10-minute walk. The house is adjacent to a charming Asian restaurant and, most importantly, is less than 10 minutes' walk from Brétigny station. This station is served by all the trains on line C, making it possible to reach Paris in just 25 minutes.
The Promenades area of Brétigny offers a host of activities:
Fort Boyard
Escape Game
Go-karting
Karaoke
Bars and restaurants
Cinema

If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
