The flat has two cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. We have two bathrooms, both of which are equipped with bathtubs, one of which has been modified to make it more comfortable. The flat has an 80 litre water heater

The kitchen, equipped with a gas cooker, has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The living-dining room is air-conditioned with air conditioning and a fan, offering a cool and comfortable space to relax. From the south-west facing terrace, you can enjoy pleasant views of the Avenida Andalucia and the afternoon sun, creating a perfect environment for rest and relaxation.



It is important to note that due to the extreme drought situation in the area, there are water cuts from 23:00 to 7:45 hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these circumstances. Please note that the building has a water deposit, so you will not notice the water cuts mentioned above.



To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, pets are not allowed in the accommodation and wifi is available.
