TheResidence Goelia Les Rives de Saint Brice*** is divided into two parts on the model "fisherman village" or "Arcachonnais village".
Pi Surprise, it is located in a very wooded park that enjoys direct access to a sandy beach of the Arcachon basin. 10 km away are the beaches of the Ocean with very easy access by bike or car, and 400 is the Arcachon Basin.
The Residence offers facilities for your comfort, including two outdoor swimming pools with paddling pool for children, an indoor heated pool, and a gym.
In July and August, a mini-club for children from 4 to 12 is available free of charge for children's happiness.
Starting from your rental on the Bassin d'Arcachon, discover the nature reserve of the Pres-alés, the Conche de Saint-Brice or the coastal path where a generous nature accompanies the walkers to the city of Andernos les Bains.
