Located on the Arcachon Basin, Ares is a nature resort, marked by cycle paths and many hiking trails. TheRésidence Néméa Les Rives de Saint Brice*** is divided into two parts on the model "fisherman village" or "Arcachonnais village". Pi Surprise, it is located in a very wooded park that enjoys direct access to a sandy beach of the Arcachon basin. 10 km away are the beaches of the Ocean with very easy access by bike or car, and 400 is the Arcachon Basin.


The Residence offers facilities for your comfort, including two outdoor swimming pools with paddling pool for children, an indoor heated pool, and a gym. Video game consoles as well as board games can be offered as a loan for your pitchons.


In July and August, a mini-club for children from 4 to 12 is available free of charge for children's happiness.
