Charming and comfortable villa with garden and large outdoor spaces overlooking the sea, in the area of Punta Lada, in Porto Rotondo.
Villa Ippocampo is located in a very quiet and reserved residential context and boasts a large, irregularly shaped garden surrounding the structure, composed mainly of Mediterranean plants. In this context, the villa is spread over two levels: ground floor and basement accessible by an internal and an external staircase. The entrance to the villa opens onto a very attractive square courtyard composed of a central part decorated with plants and the surrounding area furnished with tables and chairs. From here, guests have access to various rooms: a room with a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, the living area on the ground floor, the panoramic terrace and the basement that houses the sleeping area.
The living area consists of an open space characterised by large windows overlooking the terrace and offering a suggestive view of the sea and the island of Mortorio, furnished with sofas, a dining area and access to the independent kitchen equipped with everything necessary for preparing delicious meals. An additional dining room completes the ground floor.
The lower floor houses the sleeping area and consists of seven bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and four with two single beds each. A second kitchen with a dining table, a laundry room complete with washing machine, iron and dryer, and five bathrooms (some with bath and some with shower) complete the layout.
The villa's strong point is the beautiful and large panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, furnished with a large dining table and benches, and several relaxation areas with sofas and armchairs.
*At arrival or a few days before arrival you may be required to pay a tourist tax, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all the information regarding your booking in the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. If interested, contact us and we will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday discovering the beauty of Italy.
The jewel in the crown of the Gallura region, Porto Rotondo is considered one of the most glamorous places in Sardinia and the whole of Italy. In fact, it is the holiday destination of celebrities who stay in the structures developed around the village, dating back to 1964, in an area that stretches from the Gulf of Cugnana to that of Marinella. The landmark is the well-equipped marina with 800 berths, but art and architecture are also of paramount importance to this Venice-inspired resort, whose houses with flower-decked terraces overlook the picturesque alleyways leading to Piazzetta San Marco.
Porto Rotondo is a place for everyone to discover by walking, cycling, boating, savouring local specialities in the excellent restaurants, enjoying an aperitif in front of the sunset over the harbour or dancing in the elegant nightclubs, or shopping in the exclusive boutiques, jewellers or craft shops along the characteristic alleyways.
Surrounded by beaches with crystal-clear waters and rocks shaped by the wind, it is also an excellent location for visiting the wonders of the Costa Smeralda. Not to be missed nearby are the Capriccioli beach, the Grande and Piccolo Pevero, Liscia Ruja, the Principe beach and Rena Bianca.
The Olbia Costa Smeralda airport is a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.
