The name "Balcón de la Len" was chosen because of the wonderful views the house has of the Len de Valcaba. In the valley, "len" is the name given to steeply sloping mountain areas. If there is something surprising about the house, it is its impressive views and the tranquillity that surrounds it; where you can only hear the Argumal river and the occasional bird singing.

It is a completely renovated house in which the stone of the original house has been used for the façade. The interior decoration has been done with great care based on the sea-mountain theme. Two of the studios are inspired by the sea "Santander" and "Villas marineras" and the other two by the mountains "Valles pasiegos" and "Alto Asón".

The house has a total of 4 studios - flats with whirlpool bath and kitchen included. The two rooms located on the ground floor are ideal for couples where they can enjoy the sun on the large terrace. These two rooms are also recommended for those who come with their pets. The two rooms on the upper floor are a little larger than the previous ones, so they have a sofa-bed for the little ones to sleep on. They also have a south-facing balcony with views of the portico of La Sía.

All of them have large bathrooms with hydro-massage bath and shower. In the kitchen you will find the following appliances: fridge, washing machine, ceramic hob, extractor hood and microwave. There is also a coffee machine, toaster, juicer and all the crockery and utensils needed to prepare a delicious meal.
