Charming flat with balcony, situated on the first hill of Santa Margherita just a few minutes from the town centre.

To enter the flat you have to go down three steps, you enter a small hall, in front of the independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, kettle and a small balcony.

On the right hand side is the first bathroom with shower cubicle and toilet and a bedroom with a single bed.

Back to the entrance hall, a long corridor crosses the house and leads to the rest of the rooms; on the left a second bathroom with bath and toilet, and then two bedrooms with double beds both with wardrobes and drawers.

Finally, a large living room with sea view, TV, dining table and furnished balcony complete the layout.

Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, heating and air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms.

Santa Margherita Ligure is situated on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the north-western part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Gulf of Tigullio. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called 'Dolphin Coast', which links the town to Portofino. The locality is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Natural Park.

The Santa Margherita Ligure railway station is a 5-minute drive from the flat while the Genoa airport is about 40 km away.
