The two houses are set around a beautiful swimming pool and a large 36 m² terrace, inviting you to laze around as well as enjoy convivial outdoor meals. The fenced garden is ideal for letting the children play outside.


In the main house, you enter via a large living room in shades of white, wood and turquoise, which immediately immerses you in a beach and holiday atmosphere. The large open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with several hands, or to get the younger guests involved. There's a gas hob, conventional oven and microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher for your convenience. For breakfasts, there's a toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and Nespresso pods.


The dining area features a large wooden table and chairs, where everyone can sit down for a convivial moment. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and armchairs, is perfect for watching good films on the big screen TV, or simply relaxing after a good day out sightseeing or enjoying the pool. A shower room with a large shower and a separate WC complete the ground floor.


Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two beautiful bedrooms under the roof, each with its own shower room. One has a queen-size bed (160/200), the other a double bed and a TV.


The outbuilding is above the garage, where you can store your bikes. There are two large, bright bedrooms, each with a large bay window offering a view of the pool and garden. The first has a queen-size bed and a cot (umbrella). The second, with its two single beds, offers either a king-size bed (180/200) or two separate beds. This studio also has a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette.


For added convenience, the house has a washing machine and two hairdryers. You will also have the option of parking up to five cars on the plot.
