Nestled in a quiet hamlet, we have found the ideal house for 8 people, whether for family or friends, who wish to go on vacation together while maintaining a bit of privacy.
How? Thanks to this seaside rental offering a house for 4 people and a separate annex also designed for 4 people. The two houses share a beautiful swimming pool and a large 36 m² terrace, inviting relaxation and convivial outdoor meals.
The fenced garden will be ideal for letting children play outside. The pool is heated to 26 degrees and open from May 1st to September 28th. In the main house, you enter through a large living area in shades of white, wood, and turquoise, which immediately immerses you in a beach and holiday atmosphere.
The large open-plan kitchen allows for preparing delicious meals with multiple cooks or involving the younger ones.
To assist you, you will find a gas hob, a traditional oven and a microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher for added convenience.
For breakfast, a toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine are at your disposal. The dining area consists of a large wooden table and chairs, where everyone can sit down for a convivial meal.
The living room, with its comfortable sofa and armchairs, awaits you for watching good movies on the large TV screen, or simply relaxing after a good day visiting the surroundings or enjoying the pool.
A shower room with a large shower and a separate toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, the sleeping area offers two beautiful bedrooms under the eaves, each with its own shower room.
In one of them, you will find a large Queen size bed (160/200), and in the other, a double bed and a TV. The annex is located above the garage, where you will have the option to store your bicycles.
