Here you will find a lovingly furnished approx. 120 m² holiday home near the beach for the whole family or as a couple that leaves nothing to be desired.
The house is located in the 2nd row to the dyke in a quiet cul-de-sac.
The town centre can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
The centre of the house is the spacious living and dining area with an attractive designer gas fireplace.
The high-quality equipped kitchen, which is open to the living room, also leaves nothing to be desired. A large dining table and a cosy couch complete the living comfort. The house has one bathroom on the ground floor and one on the upper floor. One with a spacious shower and bathtub on the ground floor
and the other with a shower and adjoining sauna.
On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed and one bedroom with a pull-out double bed (bunk bed).
A pull-out staircase takes you to the attic, which has another sleeping area with a double bed (160x200).
Please note that the loft only has a low ceiling height.
The holiday home has underfloor heating on the ground floor and first floor.
In the outdoor area there is a small beautifully landscaped garden, a spacious south-facing sun terrace with awning and 2 car parking spaces.
If you have bicycles with you or are renting them, you can park them in the associated bicycle shed.
In the shed there is a barbecue and a handcart for the little guests.
