Just 18km from Toulouse, this detached villa from the 1980s, situated on the same enclosed grounds as the owners' home, is 300m from the center of the village of Frouzins and all its shops and services.
Quiet neighborhood.
The lakes of Paucheville and Bordeneuve, ideal for fishing and walking, are 2km away.
Roques and its shopping center are 5km away, as is the Garonne River (part of the Way of St. James, the ViaGarona hiking trail, and the TransGarona cycling route). The Ramée leisure park (swimming and golf) is 7km away.
The Plaisance-du-Touch Zoo is 10km away, as are the Aqualudia water park in Muret and the Basso-Cambo metro station. Séjour très agréable dans le gîte la Villa que nous louons régulièrement pendant les vacances scolaires d'hiver pour retrouver notre fils et ses enfants.Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires avec des petites gourmandises lors de notre arrivée!Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir en octobre 2024!

Logement parfait très bien équipé, tres calme. Extérieur tres agréable. l' accueil sympathique, les propriétaires tres discrets, avons bien apprécié le cadeau d arrivée. Documentation complète. Peut être à préciser les horaires heures creuses et pleines pour les machines. Mais rien à redire. Merci pour cette semaine.
