Located just outside Toulouse (18km) and the Gers department (19km), and very close to the aerospace cluster and the airport (8km), this recently built villa houses both a holiday rental and the owners' residence, located upstairs.
Surrounded by a large, 7600m² shared garden with flowers and trees, it's a haven of peace and greenery, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the swimming pool! Modern and very bright, this comfortable ground-floor holiday rental is ideal for holidays or business trips. Single-level layout: entrance into the living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (two single beds that can be joined to make a king-size bed) (two single beds that can be joined to make a queen-size bed), shower room/WC, separate WC. Gas central heating and reversible air conditioning in the living area.
Radiators and fans in the bedrooms. REMOTE WORK: A desk, chair, and lamp are provided, along with a nearby power outlet for a laptop.
Extension cords and power strips are available upon request.
High-speed internet (fiber optic), Wi-Fi, and RJ45 cable are also provided. 4G mobile phone coverage (Orange network) and a cordless phone are available. For relaxation and hiking in the shade: the Bouconne forest is a 20-minute drive away, Lake Braguessou is 12 km away (swimming and wakeboarding), and the Garonne River is 5 km away (fishing and walking).

Un gîte avec tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances. Merci à Maguy et Jean-Louis pour leur accueil tout au long de notre séjour. Les enfants ont adorés, entre le gîte, les jeux, la piscine, le potager, tout au top.Emplacement optimal pour les visites ou aussi ne rien faire.On reviendra.

Très bel accueil des propriétaires. Gite propre, confortable, très bien équipé ( barbecue, plancha, clim, espace de mouvement...). Piscine au top. Merci à Maguy et à Jean-Louis pour nos échanges, conseils de visite et astuces culinaires. Nous conseillons le gîte et y retourneront avec le plus grand des plaisirs. P,N et E.
