TO DISCOVER: Albi (50 minutes by car), and 4km from the castle of Bonrepos Riquet (inventor of the Canal du Midi) and 10km from the Calicéo thermal baths! Natura Game treetop adventure park 6km. Laragou Lake 10km (sailing, walks, tavern). Buzet-sur-Tarn forest (walks, mushrooms, golf) 18km. Gaillac 44km and Cordes-sur-Ciel 69km (Tarn department).
LAYOUT: entrance to living room with kitchen area and lounge area. Floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) private shower room and toilet. Washing machine, dryer, bicycles shared by the 2 gîtes.
EXTERIOR: private terrace, individual barbecue, plancha, wooded garden and parking shared by the 2 gîtes.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT & respect for the environment: no air conditioning in summer but a Provencal well, the shading of the facades and natural night ventilation allow a pleasant temperature to be maintained in summer. Collective wood and solar heating in winter, entry of temperate air in winter via the Provençal well.
TELEWORKING: provision of a desk (in a room), a lamp, proximity to an electrical outlet for connecting a laptop, extension cord and power strip on request, high-speed WiFi Internet connection. 4G telephone coverage (operator: Orange and Free).
ACTIVITIES: possibility of participating in collective workshops around medicinal plants. Picking fruits and vegetables according to production.
PLEASE NOTE: for your long stays of more than 3 consecutive weeks, 25% reduction on the seasonal rate except in very high season. Open all year round and very flexible on arrival days.

Très agréable séjour dans ce gîte écologique d'un confort exceptionnel grace à la qualité de son eco-construction avec matériaux nobles et naturels. L'accueil était très chaleureux et l'endroit vert et paisible. Très vivement recommandé !

Gîte conforme à l'annonce et bon accueil. Le petit point négatif, c'est la proximité de la route et une circulation assez importante avec une vitesse élevée sur cette petite route surtout aux horaires d'embauche et de débauche

difficile sous cette chaleur de ne pas avoir de clim. Ce lieu "écologique" était plein de moustiques, ce qui nous a empeche de profiter du jardin. Sinon, très bien, hôtes impeccables et attentifs. Nous avons passé un bon séjour
