Nearby: 7km from Toulouse, capital of the Haute-Garonne department, the Occitanie region, and Southwest France! From the cottage, you can easily reach a small park and the Union shopping center.
The Calicéo fitness center is 3km away, as is the Saint-Caprais fishing and walking lake.
The Cité de l'Espace (Space City) and the Halle de la Machine (Machine Hall) are a 10-minute drive away; the Fronton vineyards and the Buzet-sur-Tarn forest (golf and hiking) are 15 minutes away. This 110m² single-story cottage features a large living room with a dining table and a lounge area (TV, CD player, sofa, and armchairs). A separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, a 5-burner gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, and a pod coffee maker.
Two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and the other with a double bed (140x190cm)), an office with a double sofa bed (140x190cm), a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate WC, and a garage with a washing machine, barbecue, and cleaning supplies complete this charming cottage.
A heating supplement of €50/week applies from the All Saints' Day holiday until mid-April.
The cottage is equipped with a key fob alarm.
There is an enclosed garden, a terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers, high-speed internet access, a barbecue, and is suitable for remote work.

nous avons jonglé avec la canicule , mais on a toujours été occupé : piscine , lac , promenades ombragées le matin , guinguette en soirée , jeu et cinéma l'après-midi !Le lieu est bien placé entre Toulouse et la campagne . Et çà nous a permis de nous retrouver avec de la famille de la région .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte.La maison est propre, confortable et vraiment cosy. Elle est aussi très bien chauffée, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable en fin d’année.Nous y étions avec deux enfants, qui se sont beaucoup amusés, et nous avons pleinement profité de la région....
