At the foot of the Montagne Noire, very close to the lake of Saint-Ferréol (400m) and its many activities (swimming, pedal boats, canoeing, sailing, stand-up paddle, mountain bike rental and leisure activities...), you can recharge your batteries in this very bright house and enjoy its large private indoor swimming pool (open from May to October with a water temperature of approximately between 24 and 30°C, covered with a shelter where you can walk around standing up). Large enclosed garden with trees, garage for one car, parking on the property, many games: table football, ping-pong table, basketball hoop and billiards in the living room.
Privileged location between the major sites of the Occitanie region: Toulouse, Carcassonne, Castelnaudary, Albi, close to Revel, a country house with a famous market and the Canal du Midi. Equestrian center next to the Saint-Ferréol campsite.
Access to the cottage by a staircase leading to a veranda (air-conditioned) converted into a dining room, large living room with a lounge area and an open fitted kitchen, and leading to a covered terrace on the garden level, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200, can be twinned into 1 double bed 180*200cm, air-conditioned) (1 double bed 140*190cm and 1 single bed 90*190cm) (1 double bed 140*190cm), shower room with toilet. In the basement: laundry room, garage, games. Oil central heating.
A year-round rental (2 people), with separate entrance, is adjoining, on the ground floor of the house, but does not have access to the garden or the swimming pool.

Belle maison, lumineuse, bien équipée et très bien située. La piscine est grande et l’abris m’a permis d’en profiter malgré une météo pluvieuse et fraîche pour la saison. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour son excellent accueil.
