The Cosy Lodge cottage is ideal for a tourist stay, visiting friends or family, or for a business trip (near Airbus, Purpan, Blagnac Airport, Zenith, Cité de l'Espace, Stade Ernest Wallon and Toulouse Stadium). Located in a quiet area in the Lalande district in the north of Toulouse, you can get there by car (easy access via the ring road exit 12) or by public transport, bus or metro (line B, La Vache station). Francis can, on request, pick you up at the airport or train station. Parties are not allowed. Pets not allowed.

For leisure activities, you can walk or cycle along the banks of the Canal de Garonne, access the Sesquières lake (4km) and its water activities based around the two Wampark ski lifts, stroll around the Argoulets sports and leisure centre (5.5km), relax at the Calicéo aquatic fitness centre in l'Union (7.5km) or watch a Stade Toulousain rugby match (5km)!

The apartment is located on the first floor of the owners' house, opposite 2 guest rooms, and offers a perfect setting for relaxing with its 20m² terrace and large living room. You access it via the internal staircase shared with the guest rooms. It is composed of an entrance, a living room of 50m² including a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fitted kitchen and a dining area opening onto the covered terrace, a suite composed of a bedroom with a 140cm double bed, a large dressing room and a bathroom with walk-in shower. A 2nd small bedroom equipped with a 140cm double bed is available. Separate toilet. Wifi or wired internet access. Reversible air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.
