The comfort and tranquility of the city await you in this magnificent ground-floor apartment, just steps from the Jean-Jaurès metro station and therefore in the historic center of the Occitanie region's capital.
In the main room, you'll notice a window revealing exposed brickwork, beautifully adorned with a Daft Punk LP. Antoine, the owner, offers you an authentic and unique stay in the Pink City.
You'll have access to an incredibly well-equipped kitchen, integrated into a charming and peaceful main room (with a Bluetooth speaker). There's a single sofa bed in the living area.
The separate bedroom has a TV, an open-plan private bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Plus, both rooms have reversible air conditioning! A public bike rack is available in the courtyard. To park, you will need to access the apartment via 29 rue Denfert Rochereau (pedestrian entrance at 9 rue Jacques Laffitte). The Allées Jean-Jaurès are 280m away, the Victor Hugo market 350m, the Place du Capitole 900m, the Saint-Sernin Basilica 800m, the Canal du Midi and the SNCF train station 600m, and the Garonne River an 18-minute walk.
The Cité de l'Espace (Space City), Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, the Aeroscopia Museum, and the Halle des Machines (Machine Hall) are all accessible by public transport in under 30 minutes. WITHOUT A CAR: Toulouse train station is a 600m walk.

Gîte très bien situé à proximité du centre ville. Appartement confortable, moderne et décoré avec goût.Très bien équipé et la place de parking est un plus.Nous avons très bien dormi, l'environnement est très silencieux.Nous recommandons et reviendrons très certainement étant régulièrement de passage à Toulouse.

Très bel appartement bien équipé et propre idéalement placé pour visiter Toulouse Trois bémols la cour de l’immeuble pas entretenue et les façades décrépiesLe quartier pas très agréable nombreux marginaux sur les trottoirs Le système de boîte à clés ne permet pas d’échanger avec le loueur cela manque de convivialité
