In La Salvetat-Saint-Gilles, this renovated farmhouse offers single-story accommodation for four people, with a terrace, a small private garden, and children's play equipment: a practical and pleasant setting to fully enjoy your stay.
Inside, you'll appreciate a particularly well-equipped fitted kitchen, opening onto a bright and welcoming living/dining room furnished with plenty of games for children.
The cottage has one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom was completely renovated in 2025, and a separate toilet completes the accommodation. For even more comfort: a carport, ping-pong table, cot, and high chair are available upon request. As for location, the cottage is ideally situated near Toulouse-Blagnac Airport and the Airbus aerospace hub, while also providing easy access to Toulouse.
Just minutes away: the Bouconne forest for walking or cycling, the Plaisance-du-Touch golf course and zoo, the Ramée swimming lake, the L’Isle-Jourdain leisure park, and the Gers countryside. Practical, welcoming, and perfectly located accommodation for exploring Toulouse, family activities, and business trips! Adjoining the owner's residence.

J'ai occupé ce gîte pendant plusieurs semaines avec ma fille. Il est très fonctionnel et parfaitement équipé. La proximité de la nature est un plus. L'hôte est particulièrement agréable. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci !
