You'll enjoy peace and quiet while being close to all amenities and activities for your family or business trips: the Sunday market is at the end of the street, the Calicéo center (swimming pool, spa, massages, etc.) is 2.7 km away, Lake Saint-Caprais (hiking, fishing) is 2 km away, and the Montrabe equestrian center and golf course are 5 km away.
You're also on the road to the Tarn department (Gaillac is 54 km away and Albi is 74 km away). This single-story cottage of approximately 90 m² is accessible via a single step: entrance hall, kitchen (4 induction hobs), living room with dining table and lounge area with a 3-seater sofa and television opening onto a terrace, 3 bedrooms (1 single bed 90 x 190 cm, 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed 80 x 200 cm, 1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room with separate WC. Air conditioning in the living room.

The double bedroom overlooks the neighboring cottage. The property is enclosed with parking for one car (shared with the other cottage; additional street parking is also available) and a garden with a terrace. The busy Albi road is nearby.
A baby cot is available upon request. WITHOUT A CAR: You are a 200m walk from the L9 bus stop at the Union shopping center (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.), which takes you to the Borderouge metro station in 10 minutes (from there, you are 15 minutes from the historic center of Toulouse).
