Brand new apartment with a communal pool and communal gym in a recently built complex on the island's south coast, just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
It features two furnished terraces to enjoy year-round thanks to the warm local temperatures.
The front terrace, with a barbecue, table, and chairs for dining or relaxing, opens onto the living/dining room.
The rear terrace, accessible from both bedrooms, has two sun loungers for sunbathing. The front terrace leads into a spacious living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen featuring an island, fully equipped with a capsule coffee machine.
There is a master bedroom with a 1.50m bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
A second bedroom has two single beds and another full bathroom with a bathtub.
Both bedrooms have stylish ceiling fans above the beds, which make the apartment temperature very pleasant, being more eco-friendly and sustainable than air conditioning. Decorated in a tasteful modern style, it offers all the essential amenities for a holiday as a couple, family, or for remote working, such as 600 Mb WIFI, a Smart TV, and a parking space.
The complex is entirely new and very quiet, with spacious common areas.
A large pool with a sun deck and loungers for sunbathing is a highlight.
The area is away from crowded tourist hubs, offering a local atmosphere, yet within a few minutes' walk, you'll find all necessary facilities like a supermarket, bars, and restaurants, as well as a beautiful fine sand beach famous for diving. Hiking enthusiasts can set off from the apartment itself along various paths to discover the unique coastline, as well as small coves for swimming. The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as is access for individuals not included in the reservation.
Please also respect the neighbors' rest by not making noise after 10:00 PM.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die zwei Terrasen waren super. Auch der Pool sehr groß, Es war ein bisschen nervig, dass man immer Codes oder Schlüssel braucht sowie kein Schatten am Pool war. Der Ort ist klein und beschaulich. Schöner Strand und im Sommer kann man für wenig Geld Liegen mieten. Gute Lokake und tolles Café sowie ein kleiner gut sortierter Supermarkt runden das Angebot ab.
