2-family house "Gerry House", renovated in 2024, surrounded by fields. 2 apartments in the property. 2.4 km from the centre of Camaiore, on the outskirts, 8.5 km from the centre of Lido di Camaiore, 26 km from the centre of Lucca, 8.5 km from the sea, 8.5 km from the beach.
For shared use: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 04.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
Private: property with lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden.
In the house: central heating system, washing machine (for shared use), heating to be paid on the spot (20.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 19.Mar.. Parking at the house.

Alles war bestens. Das Haus war aufgeräumt und alles was wir brauchten vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war zuvorkommend und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Alle Geräte waren auch funktionsfähig und gut nutzbar

Wir haben uns alle gleich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Übergabe am Anfang war top und am Ende sehr unkompliziert.
Ich denke, dass wir in einigen Jahren noch Mal buchen.

Rymligt och välutrustat hus med stor pool. Läget är mycket bra med gångavstånd till Camaiore centrum och under timmen med bil till sevärdheter.
