The quiet and cosy non-smoking flat is 77 m² in size and offers all the comfort for an unforgettable holiday
2 bedrooms with double bed,
large bathroom, cloakroom, separate WC,
large living room with dining area, kitchen and cosy TV corner.

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Schruns and is the ideal starting point for your holiday activities
The Zamangbahn is only 150m away, it takes you directly to the Hochjoch (Silvretta Montafon ski area). There is also a bus stop next to the cable car, from where you can get to the other ski areas and communities in the Montafon.
Winter hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity and the cross-country ski trail (if there is enough snow) is 100 metres away.
The centre of Schruns is only 2 minutes away by car, the centre can be reached comfortably on foot in 15 minutes.
Our flat is attached to our detached house. It is particularly quiet, as there is no floor above the flat.
