Splendid and cosy villa with swimming pool immersed in nature, among the hills of Erice.


Immersed in a rural atmosphere of tranquillity and relaxation, the villa is on two levels: from the covered veranda, furnished with a dining area and relaxation area, you enter the living room, characterised by high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, sofas, large windows and a dining table. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. The sleeping area is developed on the ground floor with a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, and on the upper floor with two bedrooms with double bed and en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds. A further bathroom with shower and a laundry room complete the layout.


The villa's strong point are the outdoor spaces, primarily the large swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace, a covered lounge, and the terrace surrounding the house.

Available to guests are comforts such as wi-fi connection, a cot and high chair, barbecue, air conditioning and heating with heat pump.

The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September.

Rocated at the top of the mountain of the same name, 750 metres above sea level, Erice is a medieval town with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Trapani, the Egadi Islands and the western coast of Sicily. Founded by the Elymians, a people of Greek origin, Erice boasts a millennial history intertwined with that of the Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans and Normans. Strolling through the narrow, winding alleys of the village, one breathes in a magical atmosphere, enhanced by Norman churches, noble palaces and medieval walls. Among the main attractions are the Norman Castle of Erice, the Cathedral with its spire bell tower and the Garden of Venus, a park with spectacular views. Not to be missed is the Museo Civico Erice, which houses archaeological finds of great value. Erice is a lively place, full of events and manifestations celebrating its traditions. Among the most important is the Feast of San Vito, the city's patron saint, which takes place in June with processions, music and fireworks.
