From the covered veranda, furnished with a dining area and a relaxation area, you can access the living room, characterized by high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, sofas, large windows, and a dining table.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals.

The sleeping area is on the ground floor with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and on the upper floor with two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and one bedroom with two single beds.

An additional bathroom with a shower and a laundry room complete the layout. The highlight of the villa is its outdoor spaces, primarily the large swimming pool, surrounded by a sunbathing terrace, a covered lounge area, and the terrace that encircles the house. Guests can enjoy amenities such as Wi-Fi, a cot and high chair, a barbecue, air conditioning, and heat pump heating. *Guests will have the use of uncovered parking within the property. *The swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30.
