Das Haus hat vielfältige Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien - ein Außenbereich zum essen, eine wunderschöne Terasse zum lesen, einen schönen Pool, zwei schöne Rasenflächen, usw. usw. Und alles mit Blick auf das Meer.
Die Küstenstraße ist zwar ein gutes Stück unterhalb des Hauses, trotzdem ist der Verkehr manchmal sehr laut. Leider ist die Küstenstraße vor allem bei Motorradfahrern beliebt :-/
