The two bedrooms are adjoining.

2nd floor:
A bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds.

Terraced land (100m2) with garden furniture, deck chairs, sun loungers and pergola facing the canal
Laundry room in the basement currently being fitted out (access to the washing machine)
Free public parking on street and free parking 350m away
Access to the house is via a small staircase to access the alley
Gîte not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to its configuration (numerous stairs and certain narrow spaces)
