2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed) (1 90x190 bed), bathroom (bath and toilet), laundry room.
Outside :
Large landscaped plot of land, almost entirely enclosed, except the top of the embankment and well-enclosed part of 250 m² with garden furniture. Parking in the driveway.
Possibility of storing nautical equipment and bicycles in the garage. Between Pointe de Bilfot and Pointe de Minard, this neo-Breton house set on 1000 m² of landscaped land will be a pleasant and spacious place to stay to discover the Bay of Paimpol and its surroundings. Families with young children will be reassured: from the living room, they will be able to access the well-enclosed lawn and play in complete peace of mind. To feel the sea air up close, you will go to the small cove of Porz Donan (1.9 km): it is a beach of flat pebbles and rocks which you will access by going down a rather steep path, but the panorama is superb! To take beautiful photos, don't hesitate to hike towards the Pointes de Minard and Bilfot. Fans of relaxing at the beach will love the fine sandy beach of Bréhec (4 km). If you are looking for a lively place for lunch or a drink, the port of Paimpol will be the perfect place: there are numerous brasseries on the quays and the town center is just as charming (8km)

Belle demeure agrémentée d'un joli coin de verdure fleuri. Les meubles anciens sont jolis et la literie excellente. La cuisine est tres bien équipée pour qui veut concocter de bons petits plats.Quant aux propriétaires, nous avons eu un charmant accueil et toute une liste recommandant des lieux et des restaurants, parfait !
