The house "Alpblick Apart", completed in 2023, is situated in an idyllic and quiet location, above Aschau in the Distelberg district, on a 1,100m hillside.
With its two holiday apartments, "Alpenrose" (for up to 6 people) and "Enzian" (for up to 4 people), it offers ample space. 3 parking spaces are available directly at the house. The spacious sun terraces offer a fantastic view of the valley and the surrounding Zillertal Alps.
They are perfect for relaxing in a laid-back atmosphere after an excursion, hike, or bike ride, and invite guests to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings in the summer. In winter, the nearest ski resorts, Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena/Zell am Ziller, are only about a 15-minute drive away.
Depending on the weather conditions, snow chains may be required in winter. In the immediate vicinity, there are several cycling and hiking trails, via which the mountain inn "Talblick" located above, the Kapsaunalm, Legalalm, Kreuzjochhütte, and the Rosenalm adventure park with the Fichtensee and Fichtenschloss can be reached.
The latter offers numerous family attractions on the mountain for big and small explorers. In the valley, in the direction of Aschau, you will find the Aufenfeld adventure park with a swimming lake and climbing center.
The covered skate park, the trampoline area, the fun court, two beach volleyball courts, and the pedal go-kart rental are just a few of the many fascinating play opportunities. The snack bar "Stuana Hütte" is reachable from the house in about a 10-minute walk.
The modern yet rustic snack bar spoils you year-round, Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Zillertal delicacies.
