Cocoonr offers you this charming, refurbished, south-facing, 100 m² house with air conditioning for rent in Longué-Jumelles.
It can accommodate up to 10 people.
It has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms.
There is also a 700 m² garden! Wi-Fi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 35 m² living room with sofa, double sofa bed (sleeps 2), armchairs, decorative fireplace and bread oven, TV. - An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, extractor fan, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, hob, etc., a dining area and access to the terrace - A shower room with shower, WC and heated towel rail - Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, etc. First floor: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and a BZ (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) - Shower room with heated towel rail - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A lovely 700 m² private enclosed garden - A small courtyard of 400 m² at the front of the house where you can park your car - A 28 m² north-west-facing terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather - A petanque court (4×12 m) The house is ideally located in Longué-Jumelles, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment.
You can enjoy the charm of this country hamlet and the rich flora and fauna of the surrounding national forest.
What's more, you'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a lively local market.
The towns of Saumur are 20 minutes away, Angers 30 minutes and Tours 40 minutes, offering quick and convenient access to these popular destinations.
A85 motorway access 5 km away. Activities : - State-owned forests, ideal for walking or cycling along the greenway. - Discover local producers: beekeepers, pork butchers, market gardeners, etc. - Within easy reach of the famous châteaux of the Loire and the Loire Valley, including mushroom beds and vineyards. - Zoos in Doué La Fontaine (45 mins), La Flèche (40 mins) and Beauval (90 mins). - Quick access to Terra Botanica (35 min) and Ardoisières de Trélazé (35 min). - Excursion to Puy du Fou (1h25) - Events not to be missed: the Parc expo in Angers, Saumur and Le Mans, the Carrousel in Saumur the "Les 24h du Mans" circuit, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (4 to 5 vehicles).
