Les alentours, station Saint François de Longchamp vraiment agréable à vivre, pas sur fréquentée, toutes les commodités à proximité et de nombreuses balades très accessibles.
Les terrasses des restaurants se trouvant immédiatement au pied de l'immeuble. Pour le calme, il ne faut pas choisir cette résidence.
