Pets are welcome. Baltic Sea Resort Zinnowitz - A Vacation for the Senses Zinnowitz, 703 years old with 160 years of spa history, is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom.
At the beginning of the 20th century, hotels and guesthouses with impressive architecture were built, creating a unique ensemble with the generously designed promenade. Located between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser lagoon, at one of Usedom's narrowest points, the town is surrounded by beech, oak, and coniferous forests.
The white, gently sloping sandy beach invites relaxation, as does the Bernsteintherme with its 850-square-meter seawater pool, or a boat trip on the Baltic Sea or Achterwasser. Zinnowitz offers a diverse range of activities for beauty and wellness, culture, games, fun, and sports.
Numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities, a white, gently sloping Baltic Sea beach, stunning spa architecture, a pier with a diving gondola, Bernsteintherme (seawater pool, thermal bath, sauna, Vitarium, hammam, Rasul), a theater, Vineta festival performances, a church, tennis courts, bowling alleys, discos, a cinema, the Promenadenhalle, and much more... make a stay in Zinnowitz an enjoyable experience all year round. Facts and Figures Zinnowitz is located in the north of Usedom at the northern end of a tongue of land approximately one to two kilometers wide between the Achterwasser and the Pomeranian Bay. It has 3,777 inhabitants and enjoys 1917 hours of sunshine annually. Sights include: The beach promenade, spa architecture, the Zinnowitz Local History Museum, the library, the 'Blechbüchse' Theater, the Bernsteintherme, the Vinetabrücke with its diving gondola, the Ostseebühne Zinnowitz with 1300 seats (venue for the Vineta festival performances), and an Evangelical Church built in 1894/95. The island of Usedom is the second-largest German island with an area of 445 square kilometers.
Its 42-kilometer outer coast boasts a fine, white sandy beach, and since 2000, the island has been connected to the mainland by rail via the Wolgast Bridge. Miscellaneous The operational ancillary costs (i.e., electricity, water, heating) are included!
