An extra payment of EUR 50 is required for late arrivals with prior notice (from 20:00 to 24:00). - A signature of the relevant rental contract in Italian will be requested upon arrival. - Visitor's tax is not included in the total and will be applied in accordance with municipal regulations where applicable. - Linen not included (towels and sheets): rental costs euro 20 per person per week. - Specific cleaning for animals euro 54 to be paid on site. - In the event of failure to dispose of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be deducted from the deposit. - In the event of failure to clean the kitchenette or dishes, a penalty of euro 40 will be deducted from the deposit. - Non-drinking water.
