Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 80 m² house in Saint-Léons for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 people.
It comprises a 35 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a private garden of around 200 m².

The accommodation is as follows: First floor: - 35 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and wood-burning stove - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC Second floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 3: single bed (90x190) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot (available free of charge), raclette grill Outside: - A beautiful south-west facing 200 m² private garden with perimeter walls.
Please note that there is no gate. - A 10 m² balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather.
The gîte is ideally situated close to Millau and its Viaduct (20 mins), Rodez and the Soulages Museum (40 mins) and the Gorges du Tarn (20 mins).
Aubrac is 1h15min away.
Activities : Sports activities: Hiking and mountain biking, paragliding, rafting, Via ferrata, canyoning, canoeing, caving, climbing, Acroparc, bungee jumping, and many other activities....
Activities: "Grimpe et Cimes" leisure park at Salles-Curan.
Cultural activities: Micropolis, Millau Viaduct with tours, Musée Soulage Rodez, Lac de Pareloup with aquatic leisure centre, Lac de Pont-de-Salars, Corn Labyrinth in summer, numerous villages classified as "Most beautiful villages in France", boat trips on the Tarn, Roquefort cellars, the Gorges du Tarn...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. 10 minutes from the A75 motorway, on the north-south axis.
The Mediterranean Sea is 1H30 from the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest airport: Rodez airport is 50 minutes away. - Nearest train station: Sévérac-d'Aveyron station 22 minutes away.
Other remarks : - Free WiFi included - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (hire and payment to be made on site). - The necessary quantity of wood for the stay will be provided for the stove.
A sheet with instructions for using the wood-burning stove will be provided. - Bed linen and towels are not included.

Nous avons passé un séjour ressourçant dans ce gîte au calme. L'endroit est très agréable, confortable, idéal pour se détendre loin de l'agitation. Situé au cœur du Levézou, l'endroit est idéal pour profiter des activités natures dans les gorges du Tarn, Dourbie, ainsi que des lacs rafraichissants même en période de canicule.Nous recommandons!
