The bright, friendly and cosy 1-bedroom flat (approx. 45 m²) on the 1st floor has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The entire flat is tiled.

The holiday flat sleeps a total of 2 people. For small children, we can also provide a travel cot (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

The bright and friendly living area has a comfortable leather couch, armchair and coffee table as well as a wall unit. For your entertainment, this flat has a modern flat-screen TV, a radio, a CD player and a selection of books and board games. In addition, the flat has free WiFi.

The open-plan but separate kitchen/dining area includes a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchenette with 4-ring ceramic hob, cooker, oven, microwave, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans.

The sleeping area is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a large wardrobe and bedside tables.

The bright bathroom has a shower with a real glass door, washbasin, hairdryer, make-up mirror, WC and plenty of storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the cloakroom (with mirror) in the spacious entrance area of the flat.

You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your flat directly behind the house, your bicycles can be parked in a lockable bicycle shed in the courtyard of the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex.

The lift takes you comfortably from the ground floor to the top floor.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this flat!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the flat.

Deviations from the above specifications (minimum overnight stays / complete booking) are only possible after telephone consultation with our staff.
