The modern, very spacious and high-quality furnished 3-room flat (approx. 60 m²) on the ground floor has a ground-floor entrance area, has a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in all living rooms is elegant designer vinyl, the bathroom / WC is tiled.

The holiday flat sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we can also provide you with a travel cot (without mattress, duvet, pillows and covers) and a high chair if required (for a small fee).

You can reach all rooms of your holiday flat from the spacious hallway with wardrobe and shoe cupboard.

The light-flooded and very high-quality living/dining room has a separate seating area with a comfortable leather couch with coffee table, armchair, stool and a sideboard as well as a separate dining table with a large corner bench and 2 chairs. From the living room you have direct access to the approx. 12 m² large and sunny terrace (south-facing) with terrace furniture and large parasol - here you can sit relaxed and cosy in the middle of the greenery and enjoy the warm summer nights with a good glass of wine ...!

For your entertainment you have a modern and large flat screen TV, internet radio and a multi-functional speaker (with USB connection, possibility of music transfer from your mobile phone, etc.) with sound bar in the living area of the holiday flat. There is also a flat screen TV in the 1st bedroom. In addition, the flat has free WiFi.

The modern open-plan kitchen includes a fully equipped fitted kitchenette in very good condition with 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso Pixie capsule machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans.

The bright and friendly 1st bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. There is also a flat screen TV for your entertainment.

The additional 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and a spacious linen chest.

The modern and elegant bathroom has a shower with level access (senior-friendly(!) and real glass doors, washbasin, make-up mirror, 2 cabinets, WC, a towel radiator and plenty of storage space. You also have your own washing machine here.

The flat also has a storage room for suitcases and luggage. Here you will find a hoover, clothes horse, cleaning utensils, etc.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large cloakroom with shoe cupboard in the spacious hallway of the flat.

You can park your car free of charge in a car parking space belonging to your flat right next to the house, and your bicycles can be stored in a small bicycle shed right next to the house. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bicycle rental shop in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex.

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the flat, please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding.
