The bright and friendly 2-room apartment (approx. 42 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. The floors in the living room and bedroom are high-quality wood laminate, while the kitchen area and bathroom/WC of the apartment are tiled.

The holiday apartment offers sleeping arrangements for a total of 2 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel cot (without mattress, duvet, pillows, and covers) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The spacious, light-filled, and modern living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 wicker chairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, as well as various chests of drawers and shelves. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 4 m² sunny and covered balcony (south-west facing) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax in the greenery and enjoy the mild summer evenings with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the holiday apartment provides 2 flat-screen TVs and a stereo system with radio and CD player. Furthermore, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open kitchen includes a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, extractor hood, electric grill with baking function, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well and sufficiently equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, and pots.

The modern and friendly bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x90x200), a spacious wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. For a restful sleep, the window is equipped with a blackout roller blind. Additionally, another TV is available here.

The bathroom has a shower, sink, WC, hairdryer, heated towel rail, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack with a shoe cabinet and a small bench in the entrance area of the apartment.

A nice in-house sauna with a relaxation room is available on the lower floor of the apartment complex for a small fee.

A (coin-operated) washing machine in the basement can be used by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a designated parking space belonging to your apartment directly behind the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle shed in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a nearby bicycle rental shop if interested.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment in the interest of our non-smoking guests; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
