-A spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofa, smart TV-HD, rectangular table for 4 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning with access to balcony.

-Modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle and all the necessary household utensils for cooking.

- Spacious master bedroom with double bed 160x200 cms, mirror, open wardrobe, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, with access to balcony overlooking the neighbourhood.

- Second bedroom with bunk bed equipped with two 90x200 cm single beds, open wardrobe, stool and mirror.

- Bathroom equipped with comfortable shower, large washbasin, toilet and mirror.



It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, welcome kitchenware: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 rubbish bags, 1 washing machine soap, dishwasher, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood
Situated in the maritime district of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century. It is made up of long, narrow streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea and frequently portrayed by the painter Sorolla and the writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighbourhood, especially now, because it is witnessing an integral rehabilitation of façades and interiors after having been deteriorated in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture, it is currently the fashionable neighbourhood, due to the social awareness that has generated the importance of the traditional and the authentic. With the reopening of the Musical Theatre and La Fábrica de Hielo, the most innovative cultural offer in Valencia has its epicentre in El Cabañal. In terms of gastronomy, this is a neighbourhood of homemade food and seafood, as well as highly rated places to go for beers and tapas.



All this without forgetting the privilege of being a 10-minute walk from the popular beach of Las Arenas de Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (swings, restaurants specialising in paella, small market on the promenade...)

In addition, within a 10-minute walk you can also reach La Marina (a luxurious and exclusive area created to host the Formula 1 circuit) and the Port of Valencia, with its emblematic modernist buildings and sheds.

Because of its location to the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of the city: Port Saplaya, whose peculiar urban planning has earned it the nickname of Little Venice; El Puig, with its 13th century monastery or Sagunto, a historic town presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.
