La casa ha un potenziale, ma ha bisogno di lavori di manutenzione e soprattutto disinfestazione di formiche.
Durante il soggiorno in villa Elena abbiamo avuto diversi disagi, uno dei due bagni non funzionante e la gran presenza di formiche in casa. Avevamo formiche sui letti, in frigo, in bagno, cucina, addirittura hanno intasato la lavastoviglie.. erano praticamente ovunque.
La cosa peggiore è stata che dopo aver fatto presente i malfunzionamenti all'host non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza di alcun tipo.

La vue exceptionnelle et la proximité de la mer, le calme car maison dans une impasse, peu de voisins.
La maison en mauvais état, des failles partout. Invasion de fourmis durant tout le séjour. Des déchets dans le jardin. Fenêtre de chambre bloquée, parasol extérieur cassé et inutilisable. Aucun ustensiles pour barbecue. Agence de location moyennement à l’écoute des problèmes. Ils n’ont rien réparé malgré leurs promesses. Je déconseille pour le prix.
