1.- Payments can be made via Spain Holidays/Holidu with a Visa card with a 3% card commission fee.



2.- Payments can be made by bank transfer with no additional cost.



The assistance service of Spain Holidays/Holidu can be contracted with both payment methods.



3.- Weekly cleaning with a change of bed linen and pool and bath towels.



4.- This cleaning service costs 400 €/week.



5.- Tourist tax: 1 €/Adult/Day for the first 7 days.



6.- In the low season
- Monthly rental: an 800 € supplement for water, electricity, and gas expenses based on actual consumption.

- Weekly or shorter rental: House heating supplement 250 €/Week.



7.- Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00. + 45 €



8.- Late check-in: From 24:00: + 70 €.



9.- For more than 6 people, there is a supplement of 100 euros/person/day.



10.- Deposit of 2,000 € to be returned 7 days after check-out.



11.- We recommend booking stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you want to book a week over different days, please consult us for specific rates and availability.



12.- For New Year's Eve, the price is 1,250 € per night.



13.- In case your stay is less than 1 week, Weekly Villas will apply surcharges.
