This lovely apartment is located in Alvor within walking distance of the nearest beach (500mts) and town.
There is a selection of excellent restaurants on the beach and in the area. The nearest supermarket is just 850mts and 1.3km to the centre of Alvor where shops, cafés and bars are available. There is also a bowling alley just 550meters from the property.
The apartment sleeps 4 and is set in a closed condominium with a large garden, a children’s playground and a swimming pool for adults and children.
There is a family bathroom, an open plan kitchen / living room with a sofa-bed and a double bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
A perfect holiday home for a small family or freinds who will enjoy the beach and all that the lovely town of Alvor has to offer!

All amenities, restaurants, shops, nightlife activities are found in Alvor, an easy walk or a 2 minute drive.
Praia da Rocha and Portimão is a 5 minute drive.
Walking to main activities is easy incuding Alvor town, beach, restaurants and shops.
Uber and taxi is reasonable, local buses have sparse times that they go by but are very inexpensive and there bus stops nearbly.
A car is recommended if travelling further or visiting other areas more frequently.

Well equipped kitchen, fairly spacious apartment - plenty of room for 2. Very quiet apartments, appeared to be a mix of residential properties and holiday lets. Small outdoor swimming pool available (which we did not use but looked clean and well kept pool area).
