Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Tolle und gepflegte Anlage. Die überdachte Terrasse mit ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten ist auch perfekt. Der Spielplatz vor unserem Haus war für unseren Enkel perfekt.
Die obere Etage war verstaubt und es lagen Haare auf dem Boden. Die Treppe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
