**Host Information**
As soon as you leave your apartment, you enter Bremerhaven's attractive shopping arcade.
From there, you can reach all attractions in the shortest possible time without a car.
Shop in the pedestrian zone and the Columbus Center, then walk through the glass bridge to "Mein Outlet," directly next to the Klimahaus Bremerhaven.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers space for a total of 10 sleeping places (including an electrically adjustable nursing bed and a bunk bed) on approx. 221 sqm. The apartment is divided into sections A, B, and C, which can also be rented separately: Section A + Section B = Section C.
Both sections A and B are connected by a door. Out of consideration for other tenants, smoking is not permitted in any of the aforementioned areas or on the gallery in front of the entrance door.
The area in front of the entrance door on the gallery does not belong to the rented apartment and is not available for use. The apartment cannot be rented by companies! SECTION A consists of four bedrooms (2 x 2 single beds, one bunk bed, and one electrically adjustable nursing bed 90 x 200 cm), a kitchen, a large living room, an LCD color TV with cable connection, a shower, and a toilet facility.
The entire area is accessible for people with disabilities.
This section can be reached via the building entrance Bgm.-Smidt-Straße 42 (elevator).
A maximum of 7 people can sleep here.
A fitted kitchen with a ceramic glass built-in hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and grill microwave is available.
A wheelchair is available in the apartment.
The prerequisite for renting Section A is that one person in the group has a disability, particularly a physical and/or intellectual disability.
Proof must be provided upon request. SECTION B consists of two bedrooms (1 x 2 single beds + 1 x 1 single bed), a kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom with a shower-tub combination.
This section can be reached via the building entrance or a separate access at Am Alten Hafen 73 (stairs).
A maximum of 3 people can sleep here.
An LCD color TV with cable connection, a fitted kitchen with a ceramic glass built-in hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and grill microwave is available. The apartments are fully furnished; only bed linen and towels must be brought by the guests.
Pets and smoking in the apartment are not permitted out of consideration for subsequent tenants. There is a designated disabled parking space in front of the entrance at Am Alten Hafen with an additional sign (free only for severely disabled persons with exceptional mobility impairment and the blind).
Directly opposite the apartment is the Columbus-Center Süd parking garage.

A bus stop is also located in the immediate vicinity. Apartment tenants of the Municipal Housing Company receive a 20% discount for relatives or friends.
The rental agreement and booking must be in the name of the Stäwog tenant.
Key handover details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions. BED LINEN AND TOWELS must be brought by customers. HANDOVER/RETURN The handover of the rental object will be done by key exchange and arrangement (please notify 2 days before arrival) by Mr. and Mrs.
Martin (Mobile 0176 74426615 or 0176 21615149).
Handover is only possible between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Return by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
The return of the rental object will be carried out by the tenant on the day of departure in the same manner. PET OWNERSHIP The contracting parties agree that keeping pets in an apartment is not permitted in the interest of all other tenants. QUIET HOURS Local quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM must be observed. INVENTORY The apartment is furnished.
The inventory list must be signed upon key handover. CANCELLATION/WITHDRAWAL Should there be a short-term withdrawal from the contract (within 21 days before the agreed start of use), 50 percent of the agreed rent is still payable as compensation, provided the apartment could not be rented otherwise.
For long-term rental agreements (from 3 months), a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month is agreed.
If a cancellation occurs at short notice and the date of cancellation or the cancellation period falls outside our office hours (Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays), we ask you to cancel the booking not only with Erlebnis Bremerhaven GmbH but also directly with your host, as your cancellation cannot be processed in our offices during these times. DISCLAIMER Liability for personal injury and property damage on the part of the landlady in connection with the use of the apartment is expressly excluded. CITY TAX - TOURISM TAX The City Tax is 5% of the net overnight stay price.
It is to be paid to the host on site. The City Tax is levied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. PAYMENT TERMS Payments for the holiday apartment must be made exclusively to the service provider.
The service provider is Erlebnis Bremerhaven GmbH, Bremerhaven Touristik.
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately.
The remaining balance must be transferred at least 14 days before arrival.

Die Wohnung ist total zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, der Hafen und die Stadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Parkhaus liegt genau gegenüber. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Schöne Wohnung, super zentral gelegen.
