Many sights and attractions are within easy view of the Old and New Harbor and are easily accessible on foot, such as the Climate House and the Emigration House, the German Maritime Museum, the "Mein Outlet" shopping center, and of course, the coast with its dikes and shipping traffic.

The city theater and the Kaiser Lock are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Take the elevator down to the Columbus Center (CC) Bremerhaven, and you're right in the central shopping mile and surrounded by culinary delights.

Yet, this apartment also serves as a haven of peace to wind down after an eventful day, relaxing in a beach chair on your own terrace with a wonderful view of the sunset or the fantastic sea of lights of the evening harbor world. The apartment is adorned with specially selected, unique decorative elements.

If a cancellation occurs at short notice and the cancellation day or cancellation period falls outside our office hours (Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Fri 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays), please cancel the booking not only with Erlebnis Bremerhaven GmbH but also directly with your host, as your cancellation cannot be processed in our offices during these times. CITY TAX - TOURISM LEVY The City Tax is 5% of the net overnight stay price.

It is to be paid to the host on site. The City Tax is levied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. PAYMENT TERMS Payments for the vacation apartment must be made exclusively to the service provider.

The service provider is Erlebnis Bremerhaven GmbH, Bremerhaven Touristik.

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately.

The remaining balance must be transferred at least 14 days before arrival.
