The Sanibel Floating House lives up to its name, a peninsula surrounded by water, beautiful coasts and beaches, summer, sun, holidays.
An unforgettable holiday experience is guaranteed, as this houseboat is moored at the jetty in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and offers the perfect combination of rustic boat flair surrounded by water and a luxurious holiday home on land.

The breathtaking scenery can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts and the roof terrace offers spectacular 360-degree views of the Schlei, Baltic Sea and marina.
The Baltic Sea is just a swimming ladder away and the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within walking distance.
In the darker months of the year, underfloor heating and a sauna provide cosy comfort, as the wellness programme on board is a must.
In addition to the harbour cinema, the Smart TV with home entertainment programme provides entertainment. The floating house extends over three levels.
The open-plan living and dining area with all-round water views, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining terrace is located on the upper floor.
From here you can access the spectacular roof terrace with views over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea.
Equipped with high-quality garden furniture and a Weber electric barbecue, the terraces offer a pure holiday feeling and breathtaking sunsets. The relaxation area of the house is located on the ground floor with two bedrooms, bathroom and sauna.
The master bedroom boasts a floor-to-ceiling panoramic window front through which you can enjoy the breathtaking water backdrop and an adjoining wrap-around terrace.
Naturally, the view of the sea and the swans swimming past can also be enjoyed while taking a sauna or brushing your teeth. If you want to come here with your boat, this is the place for you.
There is a private mooring with shore power and water right next to the house. A private car parking space is located directly at the jetty. Our favourite spot: Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets over a barbecue or romantic candlelit dinner and watch the sun fall into the water. Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand.
Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay.
Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.

Die Tafel mit den Hausboot Nummern muss besser an der Straße stehen und nicht erst wenn man die Treppe zum Hausboot runter geht

Das Mann auf Wasser gucken könnte.
Und ganz entspannt Spaziergänge machen könnte.
Leider war das Hausboot nicht richtig sauber gemacht.
Musste leider noch Mal putzen.
Handtücher waren auch nicht sauber.
Sehr schade.
