FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi, independent heating, split air conditioning (only one split between the living room and the bedroom), washing machine, hairdryer, clothesline, iron.

Guests' access

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


Other details to be noted

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Livorno Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

Description of the area

The apartment is located in Antignano, coastal neighborhood with beautiful sea views, just 15 minutes by car from the city centre. The coast is characterized by rocky cliffs and small bays, which offer a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The beaches of Antignano are mainly rocky, but there are also some small sandy coves. The crystal clear waters are ideal for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving.

Antignano has a long history, evidenced by the historic villas and ancient buildings in the area. Among the best-known historical attractions are the Calafuria Tower and some 19th-century noble villas, which reflect the elegance of Tuscan architecture.

During the year, Antignano hosts various cultural events and festivals that celebrate local tradition and culture.

The area is equipped with all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies) and is well served by public transport: in about 35 minutes by bus you can reach the center of Livorno with all its attractions, including the Fortezza Nuova , Piazza della Repubblica, the Central Market and Via Grande, the city's shopping center.
